Next, double-click Allow Telemetry in the Group Policy Editor again to bring the same configuration window back up. This is a temporary change and we’ll soon turn Windows 10 telemetry back off.
In the Group Policy Editor, use the hierarchical list of options on the left side of the window to navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds.Right-click on the gpedit.msc result and select Run as Administrator.The top result should be the Local Group Policy Editor as shown in the screenshot below. To do so, click the Start Menu and type gpedit.msc.
